Salary:

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join a growing outpatient practice focused on delivering innovative, patient-centered care. Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve outcomes Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on recovery and prevention strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient success Provide exceptional patient-centered care experiences Uphold clinical quality standards and best practices Utilize advanced therapy programs and treatment technology
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program Active Washington Physical Therapy license (or eligible for licensure) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Passion for delivering high-quality patient care Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment About the
