Travel Home Health Physical Therapist Planet Healthcare Everett, WA Job Details Contract $2,900 - $3,000 a week 1 day ago Qualifications RN License Homecare Homebase Travel nursing Physical Therapy License Home health Home health agency experience Home & community care experience Full Job Description PT would be mainly Lake Stevens/Snohomish area. They would need to be available for the 50+mile radius of the office. There is a productivity expectation of minimum 30 points per week with documentation needing to be completed by 10am the following day.
