Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Your expertise will support patients across a variety of settings, including inpatient hospital units, outpatient clinics, home health environments, and community care programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through compassionate patient care and innovative physiotherapy techniques. Duties Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including physiology and anatomy assessments, to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Develop and implement tailored care plans that address individual patient needs, goals, and medical histories. Administer physiotherapy interventions such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy techniques, and exercise programs to promote recovery and mobility. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions from hospital to home or community settings. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain detailed treatment records. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and home & community care strategies to support ongoing recovery. Experience Proven experience working as a Physical Therapist in inpatient hospital settings, outpatient clinics, or home health environments. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Hands-on experience with acute care scenarios, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and outpatient rehabilitation. Familiarity with discharge planning processes and care coordination across hospital and community care settings. Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation and patient management. Demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care in diverse environments such as hospital wards or home & community care programs. Additional certifications in trigger point therapy or specialized areas like orthopedics or geriatrics are highly desirable. Join us in transforming lives through expert physiotherapy! Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
