Job Description

Motion Analysis Center (MAC) Physical Therapist (PT) The Motion Analysis Center Physical Therapist provides specialized pediatric evaluation and motion analysis services, including direct patient care and family education. Working within a multidisciplinary team, the PT designs individualized treatment plans based on referrals from licensed practitioners.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership:
Conducts interdisciplinary team meetings to review findings, interpretations, and treatment recommendations.
Collaboration:
Works closely with the physicians and local leaders to provide patient-centered care.
Professional Mentorship:
Mentors and educates residents, students, and other healthcare professionals.
Compliance & Development:
Maintains current knowledge of clinical scope, coding/billing practices, and research to ensure compliant documentation and professional growth The Physical Therapist provides evidence-based therapy services to pediatric patients to support their development, recovery, and overall well-being. This role includes evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams. The therapist works with children facing a variety of challenges, including physical, cognitive, and developmental impairments. Required Education and Experience Bachelors Degree in physical therapy. Required Credentials Current Washington State license to practice as a physical therapist. BLS. Preferred Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Experience in hospital based pediatric physical therapy. Compensation Range $46.96 - $70.43 per hour Salary Information This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. Seattle Children's offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
