Job Description
Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. and we'll connect you with a recruiter who'll reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross may be required. Home Health experience required. Previous experience providing care in home health settings preferred. Experience with HCHB (Homecare HomeBase) electronic documentation system is required. Productivity experience or ability to meet productivity expectations. Client expects a minimum of 30 productivity points per week; documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day (client requirement). Ability to manage a territory covering multiple counties. The service area includes Thurston, Lewis, Mason, and Pierce counties; clinicians must be able to travel within this territory. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for visiting patients in the community.

Commuting is convenient with I-5 and State Route 101 providing regional connections, and Tacoma and Seattle are within a 45-60 minute drive for urban amenities, museums, and transit hubs. The area suits clinicians who prefer a suburban to semi-rural lifestyle with outdoor recreation, park systems, and short drives to larger urban centers.
