Duties and Responsibilities:

Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses Devise creative, effective, team-based treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies to ensure the best clinical outcomes for our patients Motivate patients to restore their physical function and mobility

Qualifications:

Must have valid Washington PT license that is in good standing Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred Compassionate and forward thinking Effective communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Pay Transparency Statement Compensation for roles at Aurora Valley Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Aurora Valley Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Aurora Valley Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
