What We Offer One-on-one, full-hour treatments so you can go deep with your patients A clinic culture built on growth, creativity, laughter, and real connection A team that's passionate about learning, cutting-edge care, and showing up with heart A flexible, supportive environment that prioritizes people first, patients second What We're Looking For You're a great fit if you: Are deeply passionate about physical therapy and truly love helping people Have strong manual skills and natural hands-on intuition Are certified in or experienced with dry needling Thrive in a collaborative, low-ego, high-energy environment Can relate to people, laugh with them, and connect on a human level Want to keep learning and pushing what's possible in patient care Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy Active (or eligible) Wisconsin PT license Excellent communication and people skills Experience in orthopedic PT ; women's health experience a plus (3 therapist in our clinic specialize in this) Proficiency in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques Not Required but helpful: Certification or advanced training in dry needling It is a cash based clinic so the skill level has to be high Our Patients Our client base ranges from high-performing athletes to active adults who want to keep doing what they love—without pain or limits. We're not looking for someone who sees this role as a stepping stone to start their own clinic in the near future. If your goal is to join us just to learn the ins and outs of running a cash-based clinic and then branch off on your own, we're not the right fit. We invest deeply in our people, our patients, and our practice and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Pay:

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour
