Job Description

Position Overview We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you will support patients in improving mobility, managing pain, and regaining independence, while contributing to better overall patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with movement dysfunction or pain Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Improve patients' ability to perform daily activities and work-related tasks Support recovery following surgery and reduce risk of complications (falls, DVT, etc.) Assist with discharge planning and functional mobility improvement Maintain accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, progress notes, discharge reports, etc.) Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and multidisciplinary teams Ensure a clean and safe treatment environment (treatment rooms, equipment, etc.) Perform additional duties as required Required Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Valid state license (Wisconsin) Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Key Skills & Competencies Patient-centered approach and empathy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities Problem-solving and critical thinking Why Join Us?
