Duties and Responsibilities:

Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible within the confines of his/her physical abilities Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Skills:
