Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN Milwaukee, WI $55-$65 per hour Looking for flexibility while making a meaningful impact? Join a collaborative rehabilitation team providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN basis. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Full-time and part-time opportunities may also be available, with eligible full-time employees receiving a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities:
Perform physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide treatment focused on mobility, balance, strength, transfers, endurance, and functional independence Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license required Strong communication and clinical skills Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care preferred New graduates are welcome to apply
