Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Minocqua, WI. In this role, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities to help restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment serving a diverse and active community. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards Ensure adherence to clinic policies, safety protocols, and ethical standards Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives Qualifications Doctor or Master of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team New graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or rural health settings Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems Certifications in specialized therapy techniques (e.g., dry needling, manual therapy) Work Schedule Full-time position (typically 40 hours per week) Flexible scheduling options may be available Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Continuing education allowance Professional development opportunities About Minocqua, Wisconsin Minocqua is a scenic Northwoods community known for its lakes, outdoor recreation, and year-round activities.
