Opportunity:
PTPhysical Therapist Job Details:
- 8-10 hour flexible day shifts
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- 13 week contract assignment
- Possibility of 1-2 weekends during 13 week contract with no holiday requirements
- Must be willing to float to other hospitals in the north region
- Can be low censused and put on call with 2 hour call back minimum
- Must live outside a 50 mile radius from facility
- Caseload of 8-10 patients in ortho outpatient unit and acute inpatient settings
- Required certifications: AHA or ARC BLS and Wisconsin PT license
- Epic charting experience preferred
- General PT/Ortho skills required
- Business casual attire required
- Must be able to manage independently and complete tasks timely
- Bachelor's degree required
- During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy
