Job Description:
We are seeking an empathetic and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for working with children, and a commitment to professional growth. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible and supportive environment, alongside other healthcare professionals who prioritize teamwork and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate pediatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure coordinated care. Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Stay current with advancements in pediatric physical therapy to provide innovative care. Participate in team meetings, clinical trainings and small workshop groups and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience working with pediatric patients preferred (not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
