You will plan, organize, develop and implement a progressive therapy program geared to improvement of resident's physical functions, psychological, social and economic well being. VMP is dedicated to delivering comprehensive senior healthcare and community living services in alignment with our core values; Integrity, Respect, Compassion, Excellence, Teamwork, Community, and Fun. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical Therapy License valid in the state of Wisconsin.
Job Responsibility Overview:
Complete thorough assessments of residents upon receiving physical therapy orders. Identifies and prioritizes needs based on assessment and establishes appropriate plan with goals. Communicates with resident, family members, and staff accordingly. Implements interventions according to plan of care.
