            What You'll Do:
            • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
            • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
            • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families
            • Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning
            • Educate patients and caregivers to support safe and successful outcomes
            Qualifications:
            • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
            • Active state Physical Therapist license
            • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills
