Schedule:
13-week assignment 36 hours guaranteed per week
Qualifications:
Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license Previous acute care or hospital-based therapy experience preferred Proficient patient evaluation and treatment planning abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized rehabilitation plans for patients Deliver effective physical therapy interventions within the hospital setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
