We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our team and support our therapists in delivering excellent care. Position Summary The Physical Therapy Aide plays a key role in supporting licensed Physical Therapists by assisting with patient flow, preparing treatment areas, and ensuring a smooth clinic operation. Responsibilities Assist Physical Therapists with patient setup and exercise supervision Prepare and clean treatment areas before and after sessions Maintain clinic cleanliness and organize equipment Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure a positive experience Help with basic administrative tasks (scheduling, filing, answering phones as needed) Monitor patients during exercises and report any concerns to therapists Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Interest in Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, or healthcare preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous experience in a medical or therapy setting is a plus (not required) Preferred (Not Required) Currently pursuing or completed coursework in Kinesiology or a related field Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule & Compensation Flexible hours (Part-Time / Full-Time available) Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
