We are a busy outpatient physical therapy clinic looking for a part-time physical therapy aide. We are looking for individuals with an outgoing and caring personality and posess a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.

Schedule:

Part time. No weekends or holidays

Essential Aide Duties and Responsibilities:

Will work under direct supervision of PT and provide patient care by leading patients through stretches and exercises as prescribed by the PT Prepare tables and treatment rooms following protocol Update and send patients home exercise programs and other clerical work such as filing and organizing Apply modalities such as ice/heat, traction, e-stim, or ultrasound as directed by PT Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Clinical chores such as laundry, restocking paper goods and towels, putting away/cleaning equipment, and taking out the trash

Job Qualifications:

We are looking for a physical therapy aide who enjoys helping others in a team environment as this is the main focus of our business. Ideal candidates will also be pursuing a career in the field of PT or OT and must also posses the following: Caring, energetic and friendly attitude Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment Work well with others on a team Attention to detail along with excellent communication Can commit to 1 year minimum of employment with In Moton O.C. Can lift/carry 20-50 pounds Knowledge of anatomy is preferred Reliable form of transportation required Previous experience as an aide in a Physical Therapy setting is preferred but not required - we will provide extensive training
