Position:
Lead Physical Therapy Aide Availability Required:
40 hours per week (position comes with full time benefits)
Schedule:
Monday through Friday Work location: in person Main qualifications required: At least 1 year experience as a PT Aide Must have strong organization skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with patients as an aide for roughly 50-75% of your hours Hire, Train and Manage the Aide team in our Irvine clinic Handle the aide schedule and their time off requests etc Make sure aide responsibilities are getting done and the aides are staying productive Jump in as an aide whenever needed. Look for the need, and fill it. Work with management to ensure smooth clinic operations
