Role:

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in providing exceptional care to our patients. You will have the opportunity to work under the direct supervision of licensed Doctors of Physical Therapy by assisting individuals of all ages and backgrounds, helping them on their path to recovery. From setting up equipment and preparing treatment areas to supporting patients during therapy sessions, your dedication and compassion will make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions Assist and monitor patients with exercises and therapeutic activities under the immediate, direct guidance of licensed physical therapists Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the therapy team Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology Why Choose ProResults Physical Therapy?
