At Rancho Bernardo we are seeking a highly motivated individual who can multitask effectively, work independently, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable being pulled in multiple directions while remaining organized, flexible, and dependable. This role role does not involve direct 1:1 patient care, including NO exercises, training, or hands-on support with patients. This position is primarily a cleaning/clerical and departmental support position, with duties such as ordering/stocking, cleaning, some answering phones/making calls, light scheduling, and helping maintain department operations. The Rehab Therapy Aide will assist in providing age-appropriate services for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including direct treatment, under appropriate licensed supervision.
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent • BLS from the
American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous related experience and/or college coursework in a related field • Previous experience working under the direct supervision of a physical/occupational/speech therapist.
