We specialize in elite sports performance rehab, working directly with professional athletes across the UFC/MMA, Supercross, NBA, Pro Golf, and competitive cycling. We are looking for an experienced or highly exposed Physical Therapy Aide / Performance Tech who is ready to bypass the mundane tasks of traditional clinics and gain unmatched exposure to advanced biomechanics, video movement analysis, and elite patient care. What You'll Bring to the Team (Requirements) We are specifically seeking candidates who have already dipped their toes into the field and can hit the ground running:

Prior Hands-On Exposure:

At least 3-6 months of experience as a PT Aide, Chiropractic Assistant, Rehab Tech, or an intensive clinical internship/athletic training setting.

Academic Foundation:

Current enrollment or recent graduation in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a Pre-PT track. You must already understand basic human anatomy and medical terminology. Command of the

Floor:

The ability to confidently guide patients through customized Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) with proper form cues.

High Energy & EQ:

Exceptional communication skills and the emotional intelligence required to manage elite-level clientele. Your Role on the Floor (Key Responsibilities) Working directly alongside a Maitland/Australian-trained Doctor of Physical Therapy, you will: Drive the

Clinical Flow:

Manage specialized treatment areas and advanced modalities to keep the floor running seamlessly.

Direct Exercise Guidance:

Monitor, correct, and progress patients through their prescribed exercise programs with technical accuracy.

Patient Engagement:

Act as the primary motivator on the floor, ensuring clients feel supported and coached through every movement.

Operational Excellence:

Assist with accurate progress tracking/documentation support and maintain an immaculate, sanitary, and organized clinic environment.
