Our mission is to help patients avoid surgery, regain mobility, and improve their quality of life naturally. We are growing rapidly and looking for a high-energy, dependable, and compassionate Bilingual Treatment Coordinator / Rehab Therapy Specialist to become a key part of our team. This role is extremely important because it allows our lead case managers and doctors to focus on consultations and treatment plans while you oversee the therapy area and deliver an exceptional patient experience. Your Role You will be responsible for: Setting up and overseeing patient therapies Running spinal decompression sessions Properly positioning and securing patients onto decompression tables comfortably and safely Performing laser therapy, shockwave, PEMF, Neuromed, HakoMed, Stimpod, vibration therapy, and rehab protocols Educating patients confidently on therapies and treatment flow Keeping patients motivated and compliant with care plans Monitoring patient comfort and communicating progress to the doctor/team Assisting with patient flow and maintaining an organized therapy area Delivering a warm, professional, and caring patient experience Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment Reliable, punctual, and highly coachable Professional Presentation Standards As a patient-facing healthcare professional, candidates must: Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times Demonstrate excellent personal hygiene and grooming standards Present themselves in a manner that inspires patient confidence and trust Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and respect in all patient interactions Serve as a positive representative of the Temecula Disc Center brand and culture Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.
Candidates must:
Be comfortable working closely with patients throughout the day Be physically capable of positioning, securing, and adjusting patients on decompression equipment Be able to repeatedly pull, tighten, and secure decompression straps requiring approximately 20 pounds of force Perform these repetitive movements approximately 40-60 times per day Be able to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients throughout the workday Have the stamina and energy to maintain a high level of patient care in a busy clinical environment Experience Preferred (But We Can Train the Right Person) Chiropractic office experience Physical therapy aide experience Rehab or therapy assistant background Medical assistant experience Wellness or fitness industry experience Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses available Opportunity for advancement and leadership Extensive hands-on training provided Positive team culture focused on growth and patient success Why Join Our Team?
