Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Under the direct supervision of the registered physical therapist, provides therapy assistance for assigned patients and accomplishes other related activities within the physical therapy office. Following specific training and demonstration of competencies (including written competency test), the aide may assist with provision of treatment as determined and prescribed by the supervising physical therapist within the boundaries of the aide job description and state licensure rules and regulations upholding patient safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains a current understanding of the Company's business and policies. These include the ability to estimate, categorize and evaluate information and data. Aides will also need to be detail oriented and able to inspect materials, equipment, structures, and information for defects or missing parts, components or other important details. Interest in physical therapy or related medical fields. Energetic and Enthusiastic outgoing personality. Multi-tasking ability. Follow directions and use sound judgment in performing job related functions. Communicate clearly and concisely with a respectful delivery. Organize time and set priorities appropriately, demonstrating flexibility. Maintain, clean, lift and move equipment demonstrating good body mechanics and sound judgment. Demonstrate respect, integrity, and discretion in all job-related matters. An attitude of excellence in providing quality patient care. Proficient in Windows 10. Work various schedules. Work various locations as assigned and need dictates. Bilingual a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Interest in

From $16.90 per hour
