Position Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Therapy Specialist who will play a key role in delivering patient care. This is a hands-on position working directly with patients, guiding them through therapies, and ensuring treatments are performed efficiently and correctly. This is not just a tech role—it is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, thrives in a structured clinical environment, and wants to grow within a healthcare setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Administer SoftWave Therapy treatments Set up and monitor patients on spinal decompression therapy Assist patients through rehabilitation and chiropractic therapy protocols Guide patients on proper positioning, movement, and therapy flow Support neuropathy care programs (training provided) Maintain a smooth patient flow and high-quality experience Document treatments and track patient progress Keep treatment areas organized and clinical-ready

What We're Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident, professional presence with patients Detail-oriented and able to follow structured protocols Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Reliable, accountable, and coachable Interest in health, wellness, or rehabilitation Preferred (but not required): Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office Background as a therapy aide, CNA, PTA, or fitness professional
