Benefits vary based on employment type. What You'll Do As a Physical Therapy Aide at CORA, you'll: Assist therapists, as directed, with treatment procedures in line with clinic policies and state practice acts; assist in delivering patient satisfaction and engagement. Set up, prepare, and administer treatment modalities as outlined by the therapist; position patients appropriately and courteously for procedures. Monitor and promptly verbally report significant changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate therapist. Maintain clean and stocked treatment areas throughout the day; launder soiled linens and clean equipment per clinic procedures. Check and maintain hydrocollator water levels daily and ensure proper cleaning per infection control guidelines. Greet patients courteously, notify therapists of their arrival, and begin treatment prep under therapist guidance. Perform front desk tasks as needed, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with medical records.
