Full Job Description Rehab Specialist Hourly Rate:

$18.00 / hour

Benefits & Compensation Notes:

Eligible for a performance-based raise within the first 6 months, and bonus eligibility after 3 months of employment. Job Schedule & Availability Requirements Candidates must be fully available for all of the following shifts and hours:

• 12:15 PM Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated, energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented Rehab Specialist to join our clinical team.

In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care, guide individuals through recovery exercises, and create a fun, comfortable patient experience. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about health, wellness, and helping patients achieve their health and mobility goals. Key Responsibilities & Duties Work closely with patients on executing prescribed rehabilitation exercises and utilizing multiple forms of therapeutic treatment. Assist doctors during patient examinations, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Help doctors measure and record patient mobility and range of motion. Accurately document patient progress by completing detailed and timely rehab notes. Explain and help patients understand the health benefits for every form of treatment Help answer incoming phone calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and routing calls as needed. Help manage the clinic schedule by booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the rehab gym. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and comfort patients. Excellent multi-tasking abilities to successfully balance patient care and administrative duties. High attention to detail, particularly when recording clinical data and scheduling appointments. Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, physical therapy, or fitness setting is not required but a plus. All duties will be trained with doctors to help ensure you are prepared and comfortable in your role so you will be set up for success!
