$15.00- $20.

As a Rehab Technician , you play a key role in ensuring patients get the most out of their treatment plans by guiding them through their prescribed rehab exercises, keeping them accountable, and ensuring their experience is exceptional . Guide patients through their rehabilitation plans- Ensure they are correctly following prescribed exercises and therapies. Keep patient progress on track
- Encourage, inspire, and hold them accountable to their treatment plans. Administer and monitor therapy sessions
- Including decompression therapy and computerized range of motion assessments as needed. Maintain a seamless patient flow
- Keep the rehab department organized and running smoothly. Keep the space professional and safe
- Maintain rehab equipment, ensure cleanliness, and uphold clinic protocols. Track and document patient progress
- Keep detailed and accurate records in patient charts. Build strong relationships
- Be a trusted resource for patients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and celebrating their progress. Gather patient success stories
- Document testimonials and feedback to showcase patient results.

- You can think on your feet and adjust as needed in a dynamic setting.
What You'll Need:
2+ years of experience working with patients in a fitness, rehab, or healthcare setting. 1-2 years of experience in a multi-specialty practice preferred, but not required. Basic proficiency in computer documentation and patient tracking. Ability to perform light lifting (10-15 lbs.) and be on your feet for extended periods.
