Monday through Friday About This Role As our Office Coordinator & Physical Therapy Tech , you'll be the first face our patients see and the steady hand that keeps the clinic running smoothly. This dual role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on variety, and takes pride in being organized and dependable. You'll split your time between front desk responsibilities — like scheduling and welcoming patients — and supporting our physical therapists by preparing treatment areas and ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and ready to go. What You'll Do Front Office Duties

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
• Manage incoming referrals and schedule new patient evaluations
• Verify insurance and process patient payments
• Keep the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Respond to phone calls, voicemails, emails, and appointment requests in a timely, caring manner Treatment Area Support
• Assist PTs by setting up, cleaning, and resetting equipment after each use
• Manage laundry and sanitize supplies between sessions
• Restock supplies to keep the clinic ready for patient care
• Help open and close the clinic with assigned duties What We're Looking For
• High school diploma (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Quick learner with basic computer skills — we'll train you on our systems
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
• Interest in healthcare, fitness, or physical therapy is a plus!
