Job Description

Job Summary Precision Rehab is a friendly, client-centered, Physical Therapy clinic seeking a Physical Therapy Aide with part-time and full-time availability to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in healthcare, great communication skills and a desire to help patients recover and improve their physical well-being. This position involves assisting with patient treatment, maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment, and ensuring that all equipment is properly prepared for use. This position offers an excellent opportunity to jump start your career in the healthcare field. Training and hands on experience will be provided. Duties Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. Prepare treatment areas and equipment before sessions, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use. Help patients with exercises and mobility tasks, providing encouragement and support throughout. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist. Ensure that all clinic supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages to management. Skills Some Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, will provide training Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate within the healthcare environment. Strong patient service skills to provide compassionate support during therapy sessions. •Parking available in the back
