What You'll Do Assist patients with therapeutic exercises under clinical supervision Manage patient flow and keep the schedule running smoothly Communicate with patients in a way that's consistent, upbeat, and respectful Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and stocked Work closely with the clinical team to keep care moving without gaps Support administrative or clinical tasks as needed Cross-train across other areas as the practice grows What We're Looking For High-energy, reliable, and eager to learn Organized and good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and genuinely invested in patient outcomes A team player who adds to the culture, not drama to it Comfortable being on your feet and moving consistently through the day Pre-PT, pre-med, kinesiology, exercise science, or other healthcare-track students and grads encouraged to apply Experience Welcome, Not Required We'll train the right person from the ground up if you've got the character and drive. Rehab or medical setting experience is a plus, not a requirement — what matters is whether you can handle the job. From there, there's a fast path to more pay, more responsibility, and real clinical exposure. Full time preferred, part time available for the right candidate.
