This position requires ownership, accountability, and the ability to manage patient flow, efficiency, and the overall patient experience. We are seeking an exceptional and compassionate Rehabilitation Specialist that is knowledgeable in physical, manual and functional rehabilitation and can manage multiple patients at a time. Prefer someone with experience or knowledge in the health and wellness field, as well as experience in patient progress note entry. Position will hold a strong basis for entering patient documentation into the EMR. Responsibilities Assist patient(s) with pre-approved rehabilitation exercises with a doctors supervision Maintain rehab equipment Assist with patient referrals Administer passive therapy Administer decompression therapy Ensure seamless, efficient patient flow in rehab Preform posture screen on patients Enter documentation into patient EMR file Skills Work experience as a rehabilitation specialist/teach Experience entering patient documentation or willingness to learn is required Experience with Chiropractic EMR software is a plus however not required Being able to work in a fast paced environment, yet can find productive task to complete in down time Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Training and support are provided, along with clear expectations and regular feedback.
