Physical Therapy Aide

For more than 18 years, Beyond Limits Physical Therapy has been dedicated to helping patients recover, move confidently, and improve their quality of life. Our Physical Therapy Aides are a crucial part of that mission and contribute greatly to the positive outcomes our patients achieve. In this role, you will help deliver an outstanding patient experience by building genuine connections and responding thoughtfully to individual needs. You'll assist physical therapists with exercises and modalities, help guide patients through their programs, and ensure the clinic remains organized, clean, and ready for care at all times. This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and a proactive mindset — someone who can recognize what needs to be done and take action. Because of the close interaction with patients, this is very much a customer service-focused role. This opportunity is especially well-suited for students pursuing degrees in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or those planning to attend PTA or PT programs.
