This is an ideal opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on clinical experience in a high-level outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine setting. At Quest Physical Therapy, we are looking for a motivated, curious, and energetic Physical Therapy Aide who wants to learn, grow, and actively participate in patient care. You'll work closely with experienced physical therapists, gain exposure to a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related conditions, and build skills that will set you apart for PT school. What You'll Gain Hands-on clinical experience working directly with patients Mentorship from experienced physical therapists (including board-certified specialists) Exposure to orthopedic, sports, and overhead athletes Opportunity to develop strong clinical communication skills Monthly educational sessions to deepen your understanding of rehab, movement, and injury prevention A strong foundation for PT school applications, interviews, and recommendations Responsibilities Assist therapists in guiding patients through exercise programs Help with modalities, patient education, and treatment flow Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment Support clinic operations including: Scheduling patients Answering phones Managing documentation and EMR tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment Provide an exceptional, supportive experience for every patient Who You Are A pre-physical therapy student or pursuing a career in healthcare Completed or working toward a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field Passionate about movement, sports, and helping people recover and perform at their best Strong communicator who enjoys working with people Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive, coachable, and eager to learn (Previous healthcare or clinical experience is a plus, but not required.)
