Back Office Chiropractic Assistant to add to our team! Currently we need someone willing to travel between our Decatur and Madison offices on a set schedule. This will be a new position in the office as we are expanding and this requires flexibility. We are a family practice that sees a lot of kids so being able to think fast on your feet, able to multi-task in a busy environment, and have a desire to SERVE families is a must! Full-time hours are Monday-Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM with a lunch break 1-2pm. Once fully trained, most Fridays will be a half day outside of scheduled events. Occasional evening/weekends for staff development workshops or marketing events will be required. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assisting the doctor with patient care or any various tasks needed Directing patient flow in the back office Charting medical notes--Must be able to type well, accurately, and quickly! Assisting with spinal exercises Taking weekly pictures of our pregnant mamas Vital signs/patient intake process Daily keeping office tidy / Weekly deep cleaning office Filing charts, copies, various computer tasks, various office tasks Updating policies and procedures as needed Assisting with planning and executing marketing events Perks of the job: Holding babies/playing with kids while mom or dad is getting adjusted! Making a difference in people's lives by helping them heal and live life more fully! No chiropractic experience is necessary, but customer service experience is desired. We train our Chiropractic Assistants in-house. Pay will be determined by amount of experience. •Please do NOT call our office about this job post. Our focus is on our patients during business hours.
