Traveler:

$1,150 - $1,205/week (taxable base + stipends) for 32 hours shift.

Local pay:

31.50/hour on W2.

Required:

Active Alabama PTA License Graduate of an accredited PTA program Current BLS Certification SNF/LTC experience preferred Both local and travel candidates accepted

Duties:

Deliver physical therapy assistant services to skilled nursing and long-term care residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, functional independence, and fall prevention Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to supervising PT Document treatment sessions accurately and in a timely manner per facility and regulatory standards Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety strategies, and therapy goals Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team including nursing, OT, and SLP staff Float to Madison Manor location as facility needs require Why Madison, AL?
