Forest Manor Health & Rehab Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled rehabilitation team. We currently have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Per Diem (PRN) positions. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence while supporting their overall quality of life. Complete accurate and timely documentation according to facility policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered care. Qualifications Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the State of Alabama. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
