Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Full Time Montecito Outpatient - Phoenix, AZ Montecito Outpatient is seeking an experienced and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient therapy team! This full-time position includes treating patients in both our outpatient setting and local Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) throughout the Phoenix area. Position Details Schedule:

Full Time, Monday-Friday Pay:

$30-$35 per hour, based on experience

Setting:

Outpatient & Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs)

Travel:

Local travel to assigned ALF communities required Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and function Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfer training, and functional activities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with supervising PT and care team Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety recommendations Complete timely and accurate documentation Travel between outpatient and ALF locations as needed Qualifications Current Arizona PTA license in good standing Must have completed Arizona-required supervision requirements, of onsite supervised clinical experience required for general supervision eligibility Previous outpatient and/or ALF experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off CEU Opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discount Programs Montecito Outpatient is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
