Job Description

We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home visits in the East Valley, AZ area, with caseloads in Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, or Queen Creek. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience. Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. Job Requirements:
Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant 1 year of experience is required. Must have a minimum of availability to provide 6 patient visits per week.
