Join Citadel Outpatient Therapy, we have a dynamic, outstanding outpatient mobile program and we want you to be part of it. This role gives you the chance to create meaningful connections with patients while helping shape the future of our clinic. Work hands-on in a community-based setting to restore strength, mobility, and independence through personalized therapy plans. Our outpatient program is a mobile therapy team who travels to our contracted Assisted Living facilities to provide therapy treatments.
