WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

You will not be sitting at a front desk answering phones. You will be in the treatment room — performing shockwave therapy, assisting with spinal decompression, running diagnostic testing, and becoming a real part of how our patients heal. We will fully train you and support you in earning your Chiropractic Assistant Certificate. That credential is yours to keep. Don't like to sit much? Don't worry we will keep you on your feet!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Room patients and complete daily intakes and documentation Perform shockwave therapy and assist with spinal decompression Run diagnostic testing Assist with new patient exams Support documentation in our electronic health record system Coordinate referrals and imaging Assist with personal injury documentation Liaise with attorneys and adjusters on PI cases Support insurance and financial information including auto insurance Keep treatment rooms clean and prepped between patients Assist with front desk, calls, and scheduling as needed Everyone is cross-trained. We work together as a team. No prior chiropractic experience required — we will train the right person.

SCHEDULE

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday:

8:30 AM•6:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM•1:00

PM Tuesday:

8:30 AM•1:00 PM (occasional) Approximately 30-34 hours per week.

We want to be upfront:

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday are full, committed days. If you thrive on consistency and do not mind putting in focused longer days, this schedule will feel very manageable. The short Friday is a reward for a week well done — not the reason you are applying.

Someone with healthcare or office experience who is ready for real clinical responsibility A natural with people who remembers names and notices details Reliable, organized, and calm under the pace of a busy clinic day Genuinely excited by the idea of performing hands-on treatments Not currently enrolled in school — this role requires full focus and availability Looking for a long-term home — we are hoping for 5 or more years together Someone who can be professional and personable without taking themselves too seriously Dress code: Navy blue scrubs.
