Adult Home Health:

Who we are:

Olive Branch Therapy Solutions is a dynamic home health staffing agency for physical and occupational therapists across the Valley, partnering with 7 home health agencies to meet their PT and OT needs. We are a dedicated and supportive team of clinicians collaborating to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes for our patients.

Where:

We are looking for coverage for the following areas: Scottsdale, Phoenix, North Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Estrella, Avondale, Tolleson, Litchfield Park.

Compensation:

Depending on experience, but ranging from $50-$55/hr.

Required skills:

Follows PT's plan of care and established goals, maintains client-centered and customer service-oriented approach to therapy, strong communication skills, timely documentation, confident yet humble & teachable attitude. Desired background (but not required): 1+ year(s) experience in home health. Familiar with Kinnser / Well Sky EMR system. Spanish language proficient.
