We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a structured, high-performance environment across all of our locations. Job Overview We are currently hiring a Physical Therapy Technician/Front Desk Rover for our Scottsdale office. This is a dynamic role for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented, fast-moving setting. This position will support both front desk operations and physical therapy (PT) back-office functions , while also acting as a "rover" to assist wherever needed throughout the clinic. The ideal candidate is highly flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to step in to support multiple areas of the office at any given time.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner Schedule appointments, including bulk scheduling (10+ visits when appropriate) Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage follow-ups Ensure patient demographics and accounts are accurate and complete Collect payments and review patient ledgers when needed
PT Tech Duties:
Assist providers with patient exercises and therapy flow Guide patients through prescribed PT programs Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas Track and assist with PT unit flow and time management
Rover Responsibilities:
Float between front desk and back office based on clinic needs Support team members to maintain patient flow and efficiency Assist with additional tasks as directed by management
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, medical office, or PT tech experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable working in both administrative and patient-facing roles

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
