About Us:
Pinnacle Performance & Wellness is a premier physical therapy clinic specializing in helping golfers, CrossFit athletes, and runners recover and perform at their best. Our mission is to help clients "Rehab Like an Athlete," providing expert care tailored to active individuals.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent time management skills and a strong background in social media management, email correspondence, and client communication. This is an in-person position for 20-25 hours per week, 8:00AM-1:00PM Monday-Friday and some Weekends.
Responsibilities:
✅ Social Media Management Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions. ✅ Administrative & Client Communication Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly. Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar. Follow up with clients for scheduling and inquiries. Maintain and organize digital records and documents. ✅ Operations & Support Assist in managing online systems and databases. Coordinate with the team on administrative tasks and projects. Research and implement new tools/processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills ✔ Experience with social media platforms and content creation ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative ✔ Proficiency in email management (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) ✔ Comfortable making and receiving phone calls ✔ Experience with scheduling software is a plus
