- ### Job Summary Provide physical therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist with treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and patient rehabilitation in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
- ### Requirements Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Graduate of an accredited PTA program Minimum 1 year PTA experience preferred Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehab settings preferred Ability to assist with patient mobility, strengthening, and functional training
- ### Required Credentials PTA License
