Monitor patient progress and document outcomes in electronic records. Participate in regular performance reviews and seek continuous professional development. Demonstrate ethical practice and adhere to applicable PT assistant guidelines. Assist in developing and updating individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on exercises, precautions, and home programs. Collaborate with therapists to adjust treatments based on measurements and targets. Assist in administrative tasks to ensure high workflow visibility and target alignment. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and contribute to pipeline-based planning. Support on-site patient scheduling to optimize patient flow and throughput. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with current state license. Provide patient-focused PT services under licensed supervision. Demonstrate ethical practice and adherence to PT assistant guidelines. Document patient progress in electronic health records accurately. Assist in developing and updating individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with supervising therapists to adjust plans based on metrics. Participate in ongoing professional development and performance reviews. Educate patients and families on exercises and home programs. Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, compliant treatment environment. On-site scheduling support to optimize patient flow and throughput.
