Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Carry out individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises. Monitor resident progress and communicate findings to the Physical Therapist. Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current California PTA license in good standing. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required. Join Our Team!
