Patient Support :
Assist patients with mobility and exercises under the supervision of physical therapists/chiropractors/acupuncturists. This includes helping patients into treatment areas and guiding them through prescribed exercises.
Preparation of Treatment Areas :
Set up and clean therapy equipment and treatment rooms before and after patient sessions to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Administrative Tasks :
Perform clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and answering phone calls.
Equipment Maintenance :
Ensure that therapy equipment is clean, functional, and properly stored. This may involve sterilizing equipment and checking inventory levels.
Communication :
Liaise between patients and therapists, providing information and addressing patient concerns to enhance their comfort and understanding of the therapy process.
