About the Company We are a dynamic and highly established orthopedic and sports medicine PT and OT practice (established 18 years ago) located in El Segundo, CA (minutes from LAX airport) seeking a FULL-time (35-40 hours/week) Physical Therapist Assistant. We will also entertain talking to any PT assistant that's interested in part-time hours as well. This is a fun place to work! Our team focuses on not only the professional aspect of being the best clinic in the South Bay, but we also make it fun for both the staff and patients. We have an excellent reputation with doctors and the community. We are unique, in that we are a multi specialty clinic so you will get great experience in all aspects of outpatient rehab, including pediatrics (if you choose to do so), conservative and post surgical PT of all types. The majority of the clientele are in their 20s to 60s. We employ the latest state-of-the-art treatment techniques, including blood flow restriction therapy, TRX training, Graston myofascial treatments, Shockwave therapy and Class IV laser therapy.

About the Role The clinic is physical therapist-owned and focused on one-on-one patient care based on manual therapy and functional exercise development principles. We are not a mill!! The physical therapist assistant will see each patient for one-on-one follow-up treatments. All support staff are very well trained. Position offers great growth capabilities and mentorship, if desired. Responsibilities Outpatient Orthopedic PT assistant skill set Independent thinker Qualifications All applicants must be licensed in the state of CA and hold at least an associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistant. 1-3 years of orthopedic experience preferred, but not required. PTALA and new grads are welcome to apply!
