Job Summary:

We are actively hiring Physical Therapy Assistant for per diem, part-time, or flexible work in the home health setting. Key Responsibilities (may vary by discipline): Implement individualized care plans per Physical Therapist defined plan of care. Bay Area Qualifications:

Current and active California license/certification as Physical Therapy Assistant Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (home health experience preferred but not required) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Strong interpersonal, time management, and documentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting
